Cybercrime, Technology, and Trauma: A New Challenge for Counselors

Cathy Wilson, LPC, ACS, PFVC

Cathy Wilson, LPC, ACS, has been in the mental health field since 2005. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and Arizona and is also an Approved Clinical Supervisor. She supports clients in outpatient counseling and advocacy as well as being an author, speaker, and consultant. She has conducted several trainings since 2019 and has also written three books in her areas of expertise. One of these books is about helping people who have been scammed and is titled "The Emotional Impact of Being Scammed and How to Recover." Ms. Wilson is also an Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEP #7702).
